What is your typical lead time for custom carbon fiber fabrication?
Our typical lead time for custom carbon fiber fabrication is 10–15 business days from receipt of order, subject to current production volume.
How long until I receive my order?
Generally, it takes 2–3 business days to process your order before it leaves our warehouse. Shipping time depends on your selected carrier and destination, configured during checkout.
What if I receive the wrong, damaged or defective parts?
Please inspect all packages carefully at delivery. If the parcel appears damaged, please refuse it and ask the carrier to lodge a damage claim. You may contact us within 30 days from the shipping date to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Keep all items and packaging until the issue is fully resolved. For approved returns of defective or incorrect parts, Elufa will cover return shipping and arrange for repair or replacement.
Can I return a product I purchased?
Standard catalog items in their original saleable condition may be returned within 30 days of shipping with prepaid freight — provided you obtain written authorization. Custom-made or specially ordered items cannot be returned. Please note that for orders above a certain amount (e.g., USD 5,000) we may not authorize returns, due to their bespoke nature. Refunds for authorized returns will exclude the original shipping & handling fees and may incur a restocking fee up to 15%. Items returned damaged or not in original packaging may not be eligible for refund.
